Self Pay vs. Insurance
Choosing Self Pay allows for the most confidential and personalized care. Because no insurance company is involved, your sessions remain fully confidential, your healing process stays between you and your Therapist. Unlike insurance based therapy, self pay does not require a formal mental health diagnosis or limit the number of sessions. This approach offers greater flexibility, freedom, and respect for your individual pace, allowing your growth and healing to unfold naturally.
- $180 discount rate if paid by Cash, Zelle, Venmo

"In Network Provider" vs. "Out of Network Provider"
"In Network Provider" with Tri-Care, Cigna, Optum, Magellan, United, which means that I can bill your insurance directly.
As an "Out of Network Provider" my services may still be covered or partially covered, but you may have to submit receipts ("Superbill") to your Insurance Provider.
Each insurance is different, please contact your individual insurance provider in order to become familiar with your benefits and coverage options for your/your child's specific policy.
